Looks like Batwoman is the only DC comic book that I'll be buying in September.

Sword of Sorcery looks neat I loves Amethyst so i think i might check that out

Hmm, I think that Team 7 might be interesting because of the issue of Justice League with Green Arrow and Steve Trevor. This zero issue will show their origin but I think issue 1 will show the present version of the team. So far, Green Arrow will be involved and Martian Manhunter might be considering he's leaving Stormwatch in issue 12. The team will probably be a lot more friendly to superheroes than the zero issue shows, considering where Trevor's loyalties lie.

Talon is the only one I'm even close to interested in.

all 4 those books look pointless and i predict will end up being cancelled.

why do we need zero issues when we're less than a year into a new universe?

Talon sounds like it should be a mini-series, not an on-going.

I'm interested in Phantom Stranger the most and then Talon, though I don't know if I'm interested enough to stick with it. Team Seven could be interesting but we'll see. If it sticks with what's promoted I won't bother but if it promises to somehow turn into a new JL team having to do with Green Arrow, Grifter, whoever else, that'd be interesting. And am I the only one who's noticed that Fairchild isn't on that cover and some other dude is?

I'm curious which 4 titles will be canceled. JLI is one, we know, and I'm wondering if Grifter is another with his being in Secret Seven.

Grifter isn't getting cancelled yet. DC is giving Liefeld a chance with his three books because he inherited some rather crappy sales numbers to begin with. Team 7 is also set in the past, so it won't have much bearing on Grifter's book. I'm betting that the titles that get cancelled along with Justice League International will be Voodoo, Legion Lost, and Captain Atom.

I'll be picking up Phantom Stranger for sure. I'll wait and see for Team 7.

I'll read Phantom Stranger, Team 7, and maybe Talon. I'm most interested in Team 7, especially if Green Arrow will end up in it.

They sound extremely avoidable and a very simple way to find happiness.

I hate "issue #0" gimmicks. They just tell the origin stories that should've been told in #1.

I don't see Talon lasting long and they're really stretching out this Court of Owls stuff

Team 7 sounds like it could be interesting. Sounds a bit like Checkmate but I doubt it'll be anywhere near as good as the Greg Rucka Checkmate stories

Still i might flip through it

Not a big Phantom Stranger fan so I'll probably skip that

You all need to buy Amethyst's new series

Flying unicorns

I'll be trying Sword of Sorcery and Talon. If anyone other than Snyder were writing Talon, I'd have skipped it, but Snyder himself handling the last surviving Talon on the run from the Court of Owls actually sounds fun. SoS I'll try just because I liked Amethyst back in the day and I'm usually interested in fantasy stuff (and DC's current crop of fantasy comics mostly sucks).

I might. I'm not big on Judd, but anything's better than Krul and What'shername.

I was tempted to put this is the I'm Batman thread but well it's getting more and more obvious that I'm no longer DC target audience. Look upon the extreme!

I'm kinda surprised they aren't launching a Shazam ongoing out of Justice League with this promotion, but then, I assume they have other plans for him within the title.
