Tough one. Two fundamental forces of the universe. Could go either way, so I'll go with Graviton cuz Mags is likely to win based souly on name recognition.

Both are geniuses so there won't be any out thinking of one another and as Anubis said both control one of the fundamental forces of the universe, so it'll come down to ruthlessness and stamina. Have to go with Graviton in that case.

I'm gonna go with Graviton, I just view him as a bigger threat.

Magneto's a big guy to plan and then secure power with a brilliant tactical strike, but Graviton just gets free and he's immediately an Avengers sized threat.

In a straight up battle I'll take Graviton for that reason alone, regardless of how intelligent Mags can be with his power.
