I'm not quite sure that I would call Lucky Number Slevin modern noir, but it is still pretty damn entertaining and might fit what you are looking for.

To me, Drive is an existential western set in modern LA.

Didn't realize you were looking for expressionistic noir. Tim Burton's Batman movies might appeal to you. But since you've seen those....eh.

I think Taxi Driver should still appeal.

Really? Man, Brick influenced me a lot. ASOHSP had some cool and quirky things going for it, but the execution wasn't quite as there like it was for Brick.

The Man Who Wasn't There is definitely worth checking... if you already haven't, of course.

I have to say, while I am looking more for Expressionistic Noir, all of the movies mentioned so far seem pretty awesome.

I'm a bit insulted you people think I haven't seen Taxi Driver though. Hah.

What about Momento?

Chistopher Nolan's Following as well

London Boulevard
In Bruges
Franklyn
Strange Days
Way Of The Gun
Mulholland Drive

Park Chan Wooks Vengence triolgy

Half the the coen brothers filmography.

Brighton Rock - I suppose is noiresque.

I think the 1947 film is better than the 2010 version.

All of David Lynch's films should be included here I believe.

-Mulholland Drive
-Eraserhead
-Inland Empire
-Blue Velvet

These are the only ones I have personally seen, but I would imagine his other films are appealing as well.

Have you seen 'The Dissappearence of Alice Creed'? I suppose you could kind of call it a modern Film Noir. It's one of the few appearences of the Hommes Fatale at least (the man Femme Fatale)

Oh by the way, no-one's mentioned Sin City yet.
