can you have both a us and uk ps+ account

as the title simply says, can you?

I have a uk ps+account at the moment, but in all honestly its a bloody piss take compared to what the us account holders get.

so i was going to get both, i already have a us psn account for the store

I think you can, but you would have to use PSN Cards to get it since you probably don't have a US CC. You would also have to use cards to buy the discounted content.

Yeah, all you need is the appropriate PSN card to add money to your account.

sweet, i'm heading to the states later this year so was going to buy some pre-paid subscription cards while there

I have a friend with a US account and a UK account on the same system so I can confirm that it works, on his system anyway.

edit: Those are regular user accounts I'm talking about. If you are refering to PlayStation Plus, I'm not sure about that.

If you have a regular account, you can get a Plus account. All you need is a PSN card with the proper currency. It's no different from anything else you can buy on the PSN store.

We tried to do it, then it wasnt that easy. We had to bring it to some store to crack the code in order to make the ps to work in both countries. It was too complicated and too much, then we decided to sell it and bought a new one

But it seems its pretty easy according to all these comments...

Crack the code? All you need is to create a second Profile and choose the country you want. That's it. Ok, and some yellow pages for a fake address.
