I really meant that in a "there goes his reputation" kind of way; I should have been more clear. The man really self-destructed over this, and it's costing him a loss of fans, peers/friends, and respect from any of us who might continue watching his vids after this.

From what I could tell, being on the site got your videos more exposure, and therefore more ad revenue, and you got to be in the big crossovers. I don't know if they actually pay any of the producers, except probably Doug.

The site itself gets its own ad revenues.

I just wish to say that I can (sort of) sympathize with Spoony. I've had a breakdown (sort of) myself, and so I understand what's going on.

That really doesn't matter; if you know what it's like to have a breakdown (sort of) you can't really judge the person that harshly.

I can especially sympathize with Spoony because life is getting me down right now, too, and I've also lashed out at people in the past 48 hours because of it. Spoony's depression is just a lot worse.
So, yeah don't judge the Spoon man unless you've been in the same as he is.
Also, watching Spoony go down this path is depressing me even more....
