The major difference is I imagine "AVENGERS ASSEMBLE" will attempt to ape the film franchise(s) from Marvel Studios. "AVENGERS: EARTH'S MIGHTIEST HEROES" did pay some lip service to the films but instead was inspired mostly by the traditional Marvel Comics from the 1960's until now, with a dash of ULTIMATES influence. Thus, one show will be adapted from an adaptation, while this current one which has been canned is itself a new adaptation.

Falcon was announced as the POV character in "AVENGERS ASSEMBLE". While it is a fine idea, "AVENGERS: UNITED THEY STAND" tried the same thing in it's pilot in 1999, and they botched it.

By that I mean over the seasons I felt at least a couple of his "Thor howls" were recorded and replayed a few times. It happens sometimes.

Of course, he does get a lot of screaming to do.

And Thor's final speech to Galactus? Epic.

No kidding. For all the heroes that appeared in the finale, Thor got to be the biggest and baddest. Also love how his presence was all it took to assure Cap that they would prevail at the end.

I know what you meant, but is there any particulars sounds that you have in mind?

Yeah Thor's speech against Galactus was epic, I don't which I like more out of it and the one against the Kree army.

Actually no it was jeff loab, in mark miller's run in the x-men wonder liked cyclops but in jeffs run on avengers she and her brother had a thing.

I don't see problem being optimistic. I rather be that and hope for the best then be totally negative about things and all that. Plus like all I was trying to say we have no clue who is going to be main wirters/show runners for the new show. And just cause usm is a somewhat crappy show. Doesn't automatically mean this is the whole approach all future marvel shows will be.

Plus as I talked about before who knows maybe loeb/joe q won't be so in charge of things in future shows. And just be there as in name only credits and the showrunners/writers have more control.

Or always what could be the case if loeb/joe q where fired/quit and all that. Never know what could happen behind the scenes in comics/tv-film/business stuff. Look at creators/writers leaving one company for another all the time and all that.

Just I hope we will get some good stuff in future marvel shows. And I can't wait to get more information on the new avengers show and others.

Anyone find the better HQ version of "Live Kree or Die" that aired in the outback today? I have the last weeks version which for me is a bit too pixelated as you know. A better version usually uploads few days (or a day) later with an Aussie 3 in the top left corner and for some reason that version isn't showing yet in the usual spots???

I think defeating the Kree armada was even more epic than making Galactus kneel.
The speech on the final episode was the best, though.
I also loved the heavy lifting Thor did in some of the later episodes!

Yep it was nice seeing him lift a huge chunk of the street in "Along Came Spidey". It was also cool seeing him stop the prison from crushing them in "Yellowjacket" and carrying half of the Quinjet easily in "Live or Die Kree".

Thor defeating the Kree army was more epic than making Galactus take a knee, I love how the clouds were swirling around him during both speeches.

Agreed. Actually, it's hard not to make Thor look epic!

Spidey was struggling to stabilize a support beam in a collapsing tunnel, then suddenly an entire section of the street is lifted up by Thor.
