the red on his sides gives the impression on the suit a bulkier feel, visually playing with the eye, though i still think a v pattern on his shoulders helps with the impression of him looking bigger than he really does

Guys, this is the fan-art and manip thread, and that's what it's about. The costume thread is shut down, but that does not mean you can invade another thread and turn it into another costume debate.

The costume is going to be discussed...it's inevitable. If you don't have a costume thread to discuss it in, then there's bound to be threads hijacked by discussions about the Supersuit. I don't care how petty or circular some people think discussing the costume is...at least it served the purpose of containing most discussions about the costume within its own thread. If you don't want other threads being hijacked with discussions about the costume, I'd suggest reopening the costume thread.

That's all I have to say about the matter.

I think the point is the nature of the conversations not so much where they happen. There really hasn't been a good example of civil conversation about costume. If there has, it's be overshadowed by bickering, of which I have been guilty of in the past.

Honestly, I was initially bummed about the costume thread being shut down but after a week, I just didn't notice or care. Things have been far more peaceful.

If people can't stop bickering over the costume, then just punish them. You don't have to shut down the entire thread.

Was always curious where the fascination with Jude Law came from with regard to comic book movies. I swear I've seen like 20 manipped movie posters and casting threads with his name in them

Mxy will never see the light of day in a live action movie....actually since the reboot I dont think where ever going to see him again

Prankster just isn't.....enough....maybe as a side villain like Scarecrow in Batman Begins but as the main baddie no way (same applies to Toyman, only he could be exactly like Scarecrow and come back in future films).


I'd love to see Conduit show up, not as well known as alot of the other villains, but his back story would be awesome and fits well, someone who grew up in Smallville with Clark and is actually going after Clark and not Superman now that would be a cool twist in the movies
