I still have a tremendous amount of love for Ang Lee's Hulk. It may be my favorite Marvel related character movie of all time...but here's my top five.

^ At least somebody came out of that movie really satisfied. My favorite Marvel properties are Spidey, Daredevil, Punisher, Hulk and the Fantastic Four. Didn't really like the Spidey sequels (yes I'm in the minority that dislikes SM2) or the new movie. The FF got a bad deal as did DD.

The Lundgren Punisher is the only one I could tolerate even if it's far from perfect but it's still not good enough. As far as Hulk goes the Lee movie is the only one I liked because at least it was interesting and the appeal to me has always been more so the psychology than spectacle but it definitely has a number of flaws. I'm still waiting on a definitive Hulk movie myself.

Man, I totally didn't realize ALL of the Marvel films that have been out in the last couple of years. I may have to go everyone else's route and make a better list. haha.

Without going and turning this into a Hulk review thread, I just wanted to say there was no way that at 15 at the time I saw the movie I was satisfied, over time and after repeat viewings later on I really really enjoyed it. Like you I really appreciate the pyschology aspect and the dramatic overtones. It's the least "superhero" film that Marvel has put out and enjoy it for that, flaws and all.

My favorite Marvel properties are Spidey, Daredevil, Punisher, Hulk and the Fantastic Four. Didn't really like the Spidey sequels (yes I'm in the minority that dislikes SM2) or the new movie. The FF got a bad deal as did DD. The Lundgren Punisher is the only one I could tolerate even if it's far from perfect but it's still not good enough. As far as Hulk goes the Lee movie is the only one I liked because at least it was interesting and the appeal to me has always been more so the psychology than spectacle but it definitely has a number of flaws.
