Yep mnr was.... Is too hard I never. Imported the story the load times are too long the only great thing is making ur levels and characters and sharing it with everyone and it's fun to race with others I really hope lbp karting comes to vita as well. the vita needs a strong racing game

The kart racing game isn't out yet, they're still beta testing. Did you mean the original LBP?

Crossing my fingers on this one. I just decided against buying a Vita - a $250 gaming system that won't save games unless you buy a (at minimum) $50 memory card? Insert middle finger here.

Yeah, I'm an old school Mario Kart fan and really loved Mod Nation Racers. Not to mention I'm a total LBP fanatic. Needless to say I have high hopes for this.

This looks like a LBP game. I know there was some concern that it would feel like MNR with a LBP skin but UFG have sold me that they can do this justice bc it looks and feels like LBP. From the menus, music, graphics, game world, fonts, voices, etc.... If I didnt already know, Id have thought MM was making this. So far enjoying it

I think, the Idea and the creation of this game came out very successful. You can kinda create your own character. Make it look funny, even more cute...It is basically the same idea with Mario. Thats what it reminds me. Mario

One thing I dont like and hope they fix is that theres no real sense of speed. The karts drive pretty slow and they need to crank that up.

I like what they did here and I dont think LBPK really serves as a replacement for MNR bc both games are VERY different. I can see them coexisting as franchises here on the PS3. LBPK has more of an emphasis on mini games and adventuring whereas MNR is strictly about competitive racing. I dont feel the experience offered by both is redundant or has as much overlap as most people would have thought. It definetly feels like a completely different game.

The track editor takes a LOT from Mod Nation. Without the insanely long load times that just killed MNR for me.

Liking it so far. A bit tricky keeping track of which weapons do what. Also, some of the tracks feel too short and the battle mode area is fairly small. Especially compared with how large some of the levels are in the regular game.
