Its odd that this time round the news trickle was pretty bare and footage of both the official panel and the fan panel is harder to come by. I will ask around to see if there are any fans who managed to get more footage. I was especially hoping to see more Q&A sessions especially from the Fan Panel because they got the artists for The Promise Gurihiru to come down from Japan. Will post if anything new comes to light.

Just finally watched all of the episodes. I'm surprised by how much this series makes me laugh and care about the characters. It's an extraordinary production.

As for the end, that was like a series finale. I'm curious to know where they're taking this story next, since I thought Amon would be the big villain of TLOK, like the Firelord was through the entirety of TLAB. I just hope for the same quality, but I'm convinced they'll deliver.

After the first series, I didn't think they could top it. But, if it's not on the same level, then Korra's adventure is even better.

Yeah. Pretty much.

I've watched the the finale quite a few times now and I'm pretty much come to terms with the fact that it was a good episode but not ZOMG SUPER EPIC FINISH type of finale. I think finales are always the episodes with the most expectations by the fandom, maybe a little too much that there are bound to be disappointed fans.

I felt like it could be a series finale because, if they didn't want to continue the story, it would end up just fine. There were no loose ends, from what I remember. Korra now has control of all 4 elements, control of her Avatar State, people of Republic City recognizes her as the Avatar and that she was right and the villains were defeated. All looks good.

It'd be nice if she learns to bend metal and lightning, next.

The concept art for Book 2 is fantastic and continues from the beautiful designs in Book 1. I'm really looking forward to seeing what they do with the series.
