Uncharted 3's glaring similarities to the Last Crusade became hard to overlook after a while for me...I never used to like 2 but now I think it's the most original of the series, plot/locations/characters-wise. Even if its twists are predictable.

There was some mention of the Crusades in Uncharted 3 but other than that...I don't see no Nazis or Fountain of Youths! Or zeppelins...

Yeah, The Creators have said it themselves that Uncharted 3 is inspired by the Indy films so of course there are some set pieces that have been taken from/inspired from the films

It may be one of the reasons I love these games so much. I love the Indy films, I enjoy Tomb Raider too for probably similar reasons. Ancient legends and treasures with adventure and such.

the scene where you chase the badguys by riding a horse is heavily inspired by Last Crusade's climax. Doesn't make it less awesome though.

This is awesome, the game should get new trophies. Yes! We finished this game at 1 day. It was so exciting. It is amazing how they created the story and the game. Also, it feels like you are in an action movie.It was like you were watching yourself in the movie. Awesome game!!!
I also played the first one too. That one wasn't that exciting. It was ok though... And the second one is almost good as the third one...I didnt finish it though, my hubby is playing and I am just watching him. It is also so much fun to watch somebody playing this game

Well, which one are you asking?
For the third one, its surely the first part when Drake was young, he is in the museum. In the end of that part the guys are chasing him. I was flipping out every time they caught me.
Plus, when Drake and Sully needs to get out of the firing building. That part was just so real...

What about your favorite part or parts? Would you like to share it?

Same here. The moment you walk into that ballroom and see all of the water behind the glass, breathtaking.

I will steal a quote from the end of my UC3 review to answer this question:

"If you stripped it of those devious puzzles and its gripping story and, yes, even the full-blown set piece moments, you’d still find the spirit of the game rooted in its most basic features. That last second roll to cover to dodge a fatal bullet, emptying a magazine on an enemy as you charge towards him and throw a haymaker, landing a perfect headshot with your last bullet, these are the experiences that the game really thrives on, and what makes Drake’s Deception one of the best games on the market."

-My Favotire Set Piece Moments were when Drake Climbing the big wrecked ships and getting on the the Cruise

-The Airplane scene and landing in the desert.

-and Finding Sully in the end with the Horses.

I'd add to that the wagon rolling behind him when he is on the train and finally enters the tunnel.

Wow 50 trophies! And I was just about to get a Platinum. Unfortunately I don't have any of the DLC yet...

I love the way the game opens, very cinematic and different compared to the first two games. It was awesome wearing those nice suits and getting in a bar fight! I also loved chasing Talbot, one of my favorite moments!

You can still Plat. it. The DLC trophies don't count toward that. They are just extra.

Yeah I like that feature compared to say Xbox which has nothing like that. I got a Platinum for U3 today. It was surprisingly alot easier than the first two on Crushing! (Of course in the first one you could aim through walls and shoot people hehe). I love this game.

The Young Drake Part was so cool. Made we want them to do some sort of prequel game based around that time.
