Well, also, I'm honestly not much of a fan of Bale or Hathaway in general, so Levitt really the only other option for main characters to be into.

For me it's "Rises" just barely above TDK.

TDKR definitely.
While the other two are not far from it, I felt this one was a more truer BATMAN movie of the series.
Can't wait till I see it again tonight

I loved DKR because in a way it's all three...I can see what people say when they see DKR as a BB sequel. I do agree it is a BB sequel but also TDK served as DKR's catalyst. LIke a third film should be.

TDK was a better crafted film. But for all of its (minor) flaws, TDKR was a better BATMAN film. An amazing, enjoyable ride.

I still haven't decided what I think of the ending on the Blake side of things, though I liked how they ended it with Bruce. I thought the Robin reference was lame. But as a fan of Batman Beyond who can see elements of that story in TDKR... I'm a bit torn. Time will tell. First I need to see it again.

The Dark Knight.

The screenplay, the pacing, the performances, everything just came together perfectly and made it such a thrilling ride. The characters all found their worth and contributed highly to the overall plot, making it emotional. You were connected to all of them.

I can think of a couple of characters that could have been removed that didn't strengthen the story, just brought it down. *coughMirandaTateandDaggetcough*

Outside of his performance, I didn't find anything about that movie to be "wow"ing at all.

Good movie, sure, but I don't think it's the masterpiece it's made out to be.

I think with a few more viewings TDKR might become my favorite, despite a rocky beginning. However, as of right now it is still The Dark Knight.
