Well like I said this is just a concept design and no clue if real or even current work for film. For me if its real I like the body but helmet is to odd looking. But can't wait to see real thing soon.

Tbh, it doesn't look to be that much of an improvement (practicality and mobility wise) from the original design. And that's two things I'd presume they'd be striving towards improving in the new design.

Ya to me I doubt this is real deal, I saw article and thought to post it. To me I still think they will end up like ironman like design/build. Ie have a full working suit actor/stunt folks wear for x scenes. Then partial suits for better mobility and those partial suits are combined with mocap suit for cg enhancement. Like how they did ironman suits.

Well don't fret much on it since its only concept work and might not be the design they ultimately went with.

I don't want the Robocop suit to be influenced by the success of Iron Man.
They should stay true to the original design.

I didn't. Mean it be identical to ironman I just meant more how they made full pratrical suits actors wore and partial/mocap suits.

I doubt that even remotely resembles the final design. I do hope we get to see what it looks like soon.

That design is too busy and sort of looks like a muscle armor.

The whole thing is horrible, hope that's not the way they go with it, i'm hoping we get something really close to the original costume, maybe just a little more streamlined, but not that far from it it looks radically different.

I think the problem with that design is that it doesn't look like a cyborg... it just looks like a guy in high tech armor.

The helmet should resemble the classic more, with all these updates they need to keep something that relates back to Robocop.

I really hate that helmet. I hope it's not the direction they go in. It reminds me of the blast shield helmet that Luke Skywalker had on when he was first training with his lightsaber.

Glad its not the design we are getting but... I'm starting to worry that our actual design will be WORSE than this.. its happened. and well, we arent suppose to get a visor...

To be fair Kinnaman did say you'll be able to see the face and the face is al shown there, just that most of it is behind a visor.

Well let's all cross fingers and hope the actual final design is good. Also we shouldny fullyjudge what joel said months ago. Since the suit was probably not finished then and could have changed designs from original concepts/art he may have seen when cast.

Also I said it before with how modern yet classic ed got I can't see them going so extreme to something not reconsensable to robocop for final look.
