See, my biggest gripe with a lot of contemporary sci-fi is that its usually written from a "human" perspective. Star Trek, Star Wars, Mass Effect, Starcraft, Transformers...etc etc, no matter how technologically advanced or culturally unique some fictional Alien species are, nobody seems inclined to write from the "Alien" perspective. Sure some use it as narrative for certain stories but it eventually reverts back to a human POV.

Most writers are human, and it's difficult to perpetually keep up a truly alien point of view without treading into "humans in funny suits" territory.

Marvel is not getting the rights to FF back. They're trying to cut a deal where they would share or receive the use of Galactus and Silver Surfer in exchange for Fox keeping the Daredevil rights longer.

a new article on bleeding cool says that Fox is meeting with Disney to either share the rights of Daredevil or give them back. They do not want to give up FF characters.

which sucks for everyone. i'd be all for letting fox keep the rights to both properties so long as marvel gets to use them in a cameo capacity or maybe share galactus for an epic two movie cross over with the four and the avengers.
