Redid this as a top 40. Lists of this magnitude are always difficult to do. I broke up all teams into individual group members unless they tended to perform as a unit (Squadron Sinister, Skrulls, Wrecking Crew).
This was really tough to do, and thought went into big arcs, impact on the team, number of appearances etc with a slight bias towards more powerful enemies. Spoiler!!! Click to Read!:
