Ya not all networks will always get ten or more million viewers for them. If they can still make money channel will stay afloat awhile longer.

You notice all these more premium networks that used to never show commercials now all do. They need that revenue.

Only premium channels I recall with no commericals was movie channels. I don't recall ever channels like dxd/nicktoons/bbca/etc.... never having commericals. But ads are ways networks do make money.

I recall Disney was commercial free some years back but that was before they were completely reformatted and had all the tween-coms.

No reason they won't air the remaining episodes. They are just on a break right now. And the new show is probably still a yr from happening/have enough completed episodes to air.

season 2 dvd coming out next tue sept. 25 along with Dark Knight Returns part 1 and Marvel's Avengers.

And they did not carry Avengers Season 2!! WTF!!

Is Marvel even promoting this!!??

I know they cancel it but don't they want to recoup their money with these dvds??

What's the latest word on Avengers Assemble? I'm still confused about whether it's a continuation (a la Justice League Unlimited) or, you know, a different show.

I finally got around to watching around the last fifteen episodes up to Code Red, and it was fantastic. I'm really going to miss this show.

WIKI says that it was confirmed that Avengers Assemble will be a continuation of Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

It is a continuation in the same way that The Batman was a continuation of Batman: The Animated Series - It has the same character(s)... and that's it.

I doubt it, the most likely outcome would be that it would be released on blu-ray probably around Avengers 2.
