This is actually what I thought the suit might have looked like on camera in SR dispite the way this picture originally was. I'd seen half a dozen promo pictures leading up to the film's release & the colors looked far... warmer.

Great! Really GREAT!

But I think that CIRCUS red trunks should really be abandoned FOREVER. They could use Mike McKone's art and make the suit looks like one of these I coloured:

If I were Superman, this is how I'd design the Suit:

Suit, Shield and Boots

Cape

and Belt

This is My take on the Super Suit, as I wanted to honor both Reeve and Routh in the design; since both did so well with the character. I did these almost four years ago now....

Looks really great Super Kal. I still think the best suit is with the red trunks. That's how Superman was introduced and that's how it should stay. If it makes me old-fashioned, so be it.

These are cool. I love the Flesicher suit, I would love to see a manip of Christopher Reeve in the Flesicher suit.

I think the Fleischer design would've suited Superman Returns style and the character as he was more a man of action.
