Well to be honest I think it's pretty obvious that the character that Bruce shares the deepest connection with isn't even a female, or Alfred, it's The Joker.
I mean just look how The Joker delivered these two lines to Bruce/Batman "You complete me" "I think you and I are destined to do this forever" I'm telling you, that's deep connection right there. Nuff said! |

The title post says "female". If anything goes, the deepest connection is between Bruce and Alfred.
