Who should be the villain in an Avengers sequel? (Poll) - Page 22

I think that unless the Enchantress and Executioner are introduced in a Thor movie first, they shouldn't be in Avengers. Same with Zemo from a Cap film or any of the other classic MoE. The point is not to have "the" MoE, the point is to give Avengers the MoE effect.

Exactly. As I said before, we got The Manderin and radio active man in Ironman 3, We got, Crossbones, and possibly Zemo in Cap, we got abomination wherever he is at, ad we get malekith and kurse in thor 2.

A lot of villains seem to be introduced in phase 2...so I think they very well may be trying to work a masters of evil vibe here. Maybe thanos sends malekith down to earth to cause a distraction, getting thor out of asgard, and then malekith recuits a team cause thor has one?

I mean, masters of evil certainly can be smaller and more personal like joss said.

I laughed at the idea a few months ago, but I am totally on board now

I suppose they must be holding off Enchantress and Executioner for the third film.

Would make sense if the rumors of Avengers 3 featuring the Masters of Evil are true, being that they're linked to their origin.

I feel the same way, it wouldn't make any sense if they weren't in a Thor film first.

I've never heard of this rumor but E & E being in Thor 3 and MOE being in Avengers 3 would be awesome.

I'm hoping the Chitauri are actually the MCU version of the Kree. Then we could have Kree vs Skrulls in the inevitable A3.

The Kree are Marvel's best alien race, imo, with the strongest ties to their other properties. It would be a shame if they just didn't use them.

If anything, the Chitauri should be the MCU version of the Skrulls, since that's what they were in Ultimates.

Okay Heres my idea on Avengers 2.

Have Thanos and Grandmaster engaged in a civilisation game possibly with the Infinity Gauntlet as a prize.The game will involve the Avengers(as the Grandmasters pawns) vs Squadron sinister(as Thanos pawns).

you might be right. but riddle me this. how many people said that about The Avengers? I have this theory that Marvel Studios wants to attempt to do everything people said can't be done before DC gets a chance to try it.
