What are some of your favorite trailers of the prequels?

Without a doubt the Episode II teaser is one of my favorites. I'll never forget the first time I saw it. Vader's breathing in the backgound is a brilliant idea.

Without a doubt, the first teaser trailer for The Phantom Menace. I rember the chill I got watching it, the first Star Wars movie in 16 years!

Same here. I remember people were paying to see Meet Joe Black in theaters just to see the trailer...before it was just easier to see them when they ultimately leaked online. I had taped it off of Entertainment Tonight or something, and re-played it about a million times.

I went to Celebration 1 in Denver just before TPM opened, and they started the weekend off with that first teaser trailer. Loudest cheers were for "Anakin Skywalker, meet Obi-Wan Kenobi."

This episode III trailer got me so excited at the time. Between the Empire Strikes Back score, the narration, the ominous scenes the trailer really gives off the vibe of a darker more dangerous film than the phantom menace or attack of the clones was, like we were now in the dark times Obi-Wan referred too.

The teaser for Episode I, it was so unexpected one night I was watching some show on FOX don't know if it was Martin or Family Guy when during a commercial break the announcer says to stay tuned for the Episode I trailer.

Man and what a chill it gave me when at the end Darth Maul shows up and with double bladed light sabers!

I cant even tell u how many times i watched this one, studying it, trying to catch every single detail

. I can honestly say ROTS time was probably the most exciting yet bittersweet time for me. Ah, those were fun times! Hyperspace webcam alone filled my life with joy lol.

God, what was that awful show that was going to feature the ROTS trailer? i remember my cousin came over so we could watch the trailer together, and we just laughed our butts off at how darn horrible that show was...

Same here. I was blown away and watched it a million times. My Mom actually received an early copy through her work, taped it and got me a copy. I couldn't stop watching it.

I actually was so excited when this trailer played on FOX, that I made my parents watch it with me. They haven't a clue about Star Wars.

I always liked Qui-Gon's "It will be a hard life" one.It felt like a Jedi recruitmen ad.

Oh, memories. I was a kid setting in a dark theater waiting for Monsters Inc. to start. Dad's out getting popcorn. I see the 20th Century Fox logo, see Lucasfilm logo, then I heard that breathing and I about lost my ****. Great times. This is still one of my favorite trailers along with much of the AOTC marketing campaign. IMO it had the best of all the prequels. Loved the first poster, as well, deceptive tho it was.
