Kind of disappointing. I liked the costumes of First Class. I can take all the change over except for the music. They absolutely HAVE TO bring Jackman back for the score. That is a MUST.

Well It's 99 percent likely John Ottman will compose.He has done that on all of Bryan SInger's films except for X-Men.

None has said Singer will change the 60's costumes, lol

He wont do that, for two important reasons:

1. He is the one who suggested the blue/yellow costumes
2. He wont have the same uniform in the 60's and 00's.

He could give an evolution of the FC costumes, but they wont be black leather, we all can be sure about it

Yeah but no theme in X-Men film has ever been as iconic as Magneto. It's incongruous with the character now.

Someone suggested Ottman for future scenes and Henry Jackman for past scenes. Or maybe they can work together somehow, as many composers do. It's impossible for me to accept a First Class sequel without Henry Jackman. His music was as much a main character of the film as Charles or Erik.

I don't think FOX will hire two guys to do the musical score of the movie.

i liked powell's score more than jackman or ottman his x3 score just screamed super hero to me

Seems likely to be a mesh-textured spandex-style material, as that's the 'in thing' in films at the moment.

For the xmen franchise Id preffer a texture similar to FC costumes instead of spandex. Not all the actors look good with spandex. And the xmen actors would look thiner than with costumes to date, so I dont think the fans will love a thiner look.

It needn't be absolutely skintight like the Spider-Man costume. It could have some shape to it as well rather than being totally bodyhugging. And for anyone who looks too thin, they could wear some padding underneath!

yes, they could definetly add some prospetics under the costume, and add more volume and materials.

The possibilites are endless. So Im not worried. I believe this time Bryan can deliver maybe the best costume of the whole franchise to date. Time will tell

Man, who would have thought one year ago that not only would Singer come back to direct another X-Men film, but that there was a chance that some of the characters from the previous trilogy could potentially return?

I was so under the assumption back in 2011 that the sequel for FC would just deal with most of the main characters alone from the first film like a few years later; that's it.

Speaking of which, I'm not as familiar with the comics when it comes to the X-Men storylines but why again are people under the assumption that by them doing the "Days of Future Past" storyline on the big screen, that we'll be seeing some of our old (future) characters again in the sequel?

I really do hope that FOX was smart enough to collaborate with those that are making "The Wolverine" right now so that we can avoid any more continuity errors.

McAvoy's and Stewart's Xavier, Fassbender's and McKellen's Magneto – all in the same movie? As a big fan of all those portrayals and the X-Men movieverse (well mostly X2 and FC) that's insanely awesome!
