Agreed. To me it would be much like the Dr. Strange in Thor 2 rumours. It doesn't seem natural or likely and these films should be left to tell their own stories first before trying anything like that.

eh, I don't think Janet is as much as a stretch as Strange would be... I always pictured a scene of Tony (who's a celebrity), walking a red carpet, and when asked what he's wearing... he replies "a Van-Dyne"

See, that's a fine reference to make. You could easily get away with that. It's more the introduction of her character herself or any other Avenger character that I think would detract from the movie.

but depending on the story.. the only people who are going to know who the character is , is the fans. who.... well... we're pretty use to it in the comics... no reason it can't work on film. As long as she isn't heavily focused on or shoved down our throats

There are plenty of reasons it may not work. Like the ones I've mentioned in previous posts. We can't just expect the MCU to start working exactly like the comics and even then it's not always such a good idea in the comics, some stories could probably do with less cameos from other superheroes also.

I love the cameos. But they should never be forced

Not that I'm complaining.

I don't think he was in one Marvel film. I can't recall, but it might of been First Class.

I don't think Stan Lee was in most of the X-Men movies. Possibly only in X-Men 1. He also wasn't in the Punisher. Don't think he was in Elektra either, or Ghost Rider. Was he in The Amazing Spider-Man?
