She's misguided, but it's not like there's a big pile of corpes staring her in the face with a note saying "The Governor killed us" pinned on top. She's not omniscient. She doesn't know what's going on behind closed doors.

god, i despise andreas character on the show. this woodbury arc better pick up though, it and the governor has been pretty boring so far....which i blame on andrea.
