Ok. I was under the impression the matter was sent to court and when Marvel won they annouced by taking Carol Danvers and was like "Check it out! The Real CAPTAIN MARVEL is here!" And I suppose it makes sense since mainstream audiences probably don't know who Captain Marvel is outside of people who watched that old show, but everybody recognizes the word SHAZAM from one place or another.

....So would that mean if Billy were to introduce himself "My name is Shazam" he would inadvertedly cause himself to transform each time? That would suck.

Okay, so I only have some of these issues and I'm curious. Can anyone help me get a proper, chronological reading order for all the Bat September-Zero issues? A friend was asking about the read order and I only have Batman, Nightwing, and Batman & Robin. I also figure Justice League 1-6 could fit in there. Once he asked me about it I was thinking that could be cool to bind togethr as an early origin of Batman hardback bind.

Titles of interest:

Batman 0
Detective Comics 0
Batman: Dark Knight 0
Batman & Robin 0
Nightwing 0
Red Hood & the Outlaws 0
Teen Titans 0
Batgirl 0
Justice League 1-6

Also, would Talon fit in there nicely or does it take place prior to that time period? How about Catwoman?

It's a boxing thing. Sometimes boxers and martial artists will wrap their hands in bandages to protect their knuckles instead of wearing padded gloves. I think, aesthetically, they're trying to evoke that trained fighter look.

He uses models for a lot of the lighting as well. Usually random people he knows; his dad was the model for the priest in Kingdom Come, for example. That's how he gets the photorealistic look.
