It could also be a move to gauge interest in the film to give WB an idea of where they stand with online word of mouth and how hard they have to market this puppy in the future.

Good to see it back in the 50s. We'll have it by this weekend hopefully. Don't worry guys. There's no rush. At least we're getting something!

Well its kind of a bad way to gauge it since when you share it, the only information that is passed along is Batman related. They shouldve thrown in MOS Exclusive, rather than just saying exclusive. People prolly think its some preorder deal with the bluray.

Right, especially not if they continue to push the percentage back when it starts climbing.

I think it's pretty silly and rediculous to say that it's not enough superman fans out there to get it to 100%.The official Facebook page for MAN OF STEEL that started not long ago have 122k likes. The fan page have over 100k.It's millions and millions of superman fans around the world from all walks of life.

I'm sure once the marketing finally get's into gear, things will change.

Not sure what the benefit of holding off is when you have the footage and the competition doesn't...time will tell.

The fact is before Batman Begins was released a lot of people thought Batman was dead in the water too. Friends asked me why they were bothering to make another film.

I called you what I called you because you were behaving as such, being all gleeful about the sudden shutdown of a page where all these people were having fun being fans, just because ONE admin wronged ONE person (you). And not for nothing, but funny you should be calling other people crazy, being the disturbingly obsessive fellow that you are. It's been like half a year already. Amazing how you haven't been able to let this go.

58%
What if it really was a glitch and we end up getting at 100% soon, only to get the message "Congratulations. Come back on Dec. 4 to claim your reward!"?

Totally agree. They're just pissing on the faithful fans like (most of) us. Again. Dunno why I should be supporting that.

Funny you should say one person when I have friends who are saying the same thing happened to them and plenty of other people are saying the same thing. It wasn't just me and if you think it was you're just as high and as crazy as the people that run that page. It's all well and fine to have fun but when you're spreading false information and telling people that other websites are making stuff up like they did with Nuke The Fridge then that's not ok amd fine. Keeping people from being *******s to one another is a good thing but kinda hypocritical when they are talking smack and calling other websites liars when they happen to have a scoop. Wake up dude

To the people who are questioning the actors. All I can say is. Christopher Nolan has not missed on picking good ones. His people put these cast togather. It will be good.

I remember when Heath Leger was announced as the Joker, How people flipped out he was going to flop. That turned out ok.

Loved the casting in 300 and Watchmen. Besides Ackerman as Silk Spectre, I thought everyone was great. Obviously there are those which didn't like Watchmen as a film, but I don't think the films' detractors had problems with the cast.

Indeed. Nolan may have gotten the ball rolling, but it was Snyder who took control of it once production started.

I'm hoping that if/when this film does well that Snyder will be given his due.

His people? 3 casting directors on MOS. 2 of them worked with Snyder before (1 on all his movies but one). None of them ever worked with Nolan.
