Has anyone heard about blueboy?

He shows up in the background of movies (primarily those from the 80's and early 90's). He's about 8, has brown pants that are soaking wet and is shirtless. He's a pale blue that seems to indicate a lack of oxygen from drowning. He's always just out of focus, at least 15 yards away and only ever on screen for quick 1 or 2 second shots.
