They aren't filler. The episodes are self contained stories. It is an episodic show rather than a fully serialized show (a la LOST). That's actually one of the best things about it - you can go watch some favorite older eps without feeling like you are jumping into the middle of the story.

Somebody described it like this on IMDb: It reminds me of Batman: The Animated Series. Sometimes they have to deal with one of the usual arsenal of villains and sometimes they do a single case of the week.

Okay soundtrack. I've listened to it. Not as many action cues on there as you'd think though. Pretty lowlevel background music in a lot of the tracks.

I never expected alot of action cues. The low level stuff from Root Of All Evil (Root's Theme) to Elias' to tWatching With Ten Thousand Eyes (Machine Theme) are some of sounds that drew me into the series.

I kinda expected the main theme a bit more, to be honest, as it gets stuck in my head every time I watch the show. But the score is fine as it is - a solid enjoyable listen for me, but not in my top favorite scores either. The Elias cue is quite good.

FYI, Jim Caviezel would be my choice to play Roland Deschain in a Dark Tower movie or TV series.

So as far as Bad Robot goes, that's LOST, Revolution and now Person of Interest for Mark Pellegrino. Shame they couldn't squeeze him into Fringe at some point...

Man, we had Gordon and Lucifer appear in an episode tonight, lol.
And Carter's talk about marriage was a bit confusing...is Carter bisexual who was married to a woman? She mentioned 'wife'.

Loved how Reece was trying to find out where Finch grew up by asking which is his fav baseball team, then Finch catching on and naming a whole lot of other teams as well.

It was nice seeing Michael Emmerson and his wife in the same scenes together.

Yup...I agree. That's how i've felt about the series since I started not long ago. He basically is a sort of superhero.

This episode had me laughing. It was nice to Fusco out on a date, Carter also dating too. I wonder if Reese will consider asking Zoe out at some point.

I wonder if Tao will eventually join Reese & Finch permanently ? At least it would keep him from being a third time repeating offender
