That is the only scene I prefer in the Lester version, I think its a better opening that the one in the DC.

I didn't think the photo with the truck was from MOS either. I brought up the old rumor about an overturned logging truck but it had nothing to do with any particular photo. There was an old article posted by one of the Vancouver paparazzi that took those famous photos of Cavill rescuing the sailors as they wait for a Coast Guard helicopter to pick them up.
In the article, the paparazzi claims he heard they had filmed a scene in Mount Seymour on Halloween 2011 involving an overturned logging truck. |

Definitely Donner Cut for me there's too much stupidity in the Lester version like the sudden emergence of new powers and the stupid guy on skates etc. Also I don't like Lara talking to Clark on FOS it was only Jor El in the original and it should have stayed that way. It also makes it stupid when he goes back in the LC and calls out for his Father. Also DC explained how he got his powers back unlike the LC definitely would take the D cut anyday infact since I've seen the DC I've never gone back and watched the Lester version.

Lester version for me. Sure, it has more cheese in it, but oh well. Also, it has a pretty great ending with Superman promising the President that he will never leave us again. Great stuff.

The reward from the TDKR countdown app? I doubt it. It won't get revealed before Dec 4. I initially thought they'd reveal it by the time the countdown ended, but based on it's progress (at 68% now), it looks like it will be revealed the same week as the trailer.

See in that case, I would fully understand why they slowed the countdown so much.
But its still kinda dumb because, you shouldn't attach something like the countdown to MOS's trailer to a TDKR promotion. It almost feels like they are using TDKR popularity to get ahead with MOS. As a matter of fact no, we already know they are doing that. Why else would put Quote:

The Nolan involvement is the best way to draw in the masses to see this.
Otherwise it's just another Superman film, and the public is apathetic about Superman at this point. |

Exactly. All of this. This film needs as much help as it can get.

Trying to predict the day they'll released based on the current speed is silly IMO.
It went plenty fast that first day, I don't see why we shouldn't expect them to speed it up again when it gets closer to the day they want to release it.

Definitely, I think the popularity of Nolan's Bat series could be a big factor in the Box Office for MOS.

So MOS wouldn't be a "must see" for you if Nolan wasn't attached?
