I think they said it was staying but no other details for the creative team, direction, ect.

well if it makes you feel any better, shoehorning Budapest into a comic book isn't likely to appease the fans that Marvel is clearly trying to cater to. Everyone has their own ideas of "what happened in Budapest" and I can't see this living up to any of them.
