The only hurdle to Paquin returning is her starring role on True Blood, but if they could navigate that, it'd be great to see her back, as I really liked her as Rogue and don't get why people have such a problem with it.

Nothing against Paquin, Just didnt like her adaptation. Would like to see her closer to the comics in terms of personality and combat. Not as a damsel in distress or someone who isnt used in battles.

True Blood Is suspose to have fewer episodes this season.and even then It would depend on how large a role they would want for her.
Bryan Singer's connecting films talk suggest the fuutre with sentinles will eather be post trilogy or post X-Men/X2. |

Paquin is much more suited for Rogue now than she was 10 years ago. She's even more stunning, in better physical shape, and has finally nailed the southern accent.

I'd also imagine any of the X-Men who are still alive in the future will all have had serious combat/survival training. So, if Rogue IS there...

Yes, Anna Paquin on True Blood proved that she could be perfect as Rogue.

He's probably working on the costume department of DOFP.

Costumes. Woop!
The fact that both are comic artists is neat.

and Ive found his imdb profile: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3853840/ curiously, he has worked on some of the same movies as Louise M. the costume designer of Singer and this sequel

X-men were kind of given the shaft in the current comic book movie explosion, because they led the way, the x-men had to be the guinea pig of the lot, take that safe hit. It could have been any comic character really, we'd had basically gotten a 3 man avenger team in black leather, whoever came first pretty much HAD to play it safe back in 2000. Comic movies were DREADFUL before then. In return it got stuck with the limited vision of the original 2000 x-men and had to run with that. Now that singer has time travel involved and the budget he NEVER had on X1 and X2, he can make his wildest dreams come to life, no more cutting corners like in X1/2. For what its worth I feel they have honestly made the best of it, and are now trying to get things back in gear. The only real huge mis-step was X3 imo. XMOW is filler, a throwaway movie, that can be forgotten. With first class I feel they took steps in the absolute right direction, and now that Singer is back, I honestly have no worries. |

I know it's just wishful thinking, but I would love to see Psylocke in DOFP.
Though I never quite get it, is Psylocke supposed to be Asian or British Caucasian ?? In some comics art, she looks Asian. Some drawings, she looks White. And what's with the purple hair?? Is her natural hair colour supposed to be purple?? I have always thought her having purple hair is to match her dark blue outfit. It's a nice contrast. |

It's very doudtful there will be new characters In Days of future past besides target of
assassination. They have to surface both returing cast from first class and Original trilogy. Mark Millar has talked about having too many characters.Remember In The WOlverine they are sticking to characters from japanese stories with exception of a likely Famke Janssen cameo.Hugh Jackman recently hinted at a big among of cast members of both First Class and Original trilogy returning. |

I think we should see SOME new type of mutants in the future being persecuted. Maybe Bishop, maybe some random looking mutants. I also wouldn't mind seeing Dazzler in the 60s-70s...

Basically, she was British mutant Elizabeth Braddock and then she and the Asian ninja Kwannon had their minds switched. The version with Kwannon's mind in Psylocke's original body (now calling herself Revanche) died, leaving just Betsy in Kwannon's body. As far as I know, the purple hair is part of the mutation, not something she has done at the salon lol...

Can we get the original Colossus that was in X2???
that smooth metal from X3 was sooo AWFUL and cheap looking! I have to say in my opinion, his turning metal was one of the top 5 most awesome things about that movie.
