Might not really offer any insight but looking at Star Trek Into Darkness they've got a specific 1 minute internet teaser coming this Thursday with a longer trailer attached with The Hobbit that won't be released online until a week after the film opens. I mentioned in the trailer thread that with 10 days left it might be worth keeping an eye on Entertainment Tonight until The Hobbit opens given their track record for trailer exclusives. : |

Nolan may not direct superhero movies again, but something tells me him and his team will continue to produce them through Syncopy.

I think there's a lot of internal debates about if the ties to Nolan's Batman would add to the box office for a JL movie. I can honestly see both sides. I probably dont' care about keeping the universes separate as other people because the Nolan movies came off as not that much different from many Batman comic book stories. Yeah, it was the more serious, grounded side of the Batman comics, but it's not like that didn't exist in the comics before.
I recall all the clamor on the internet with people saying "oh no, you can't have robin in the nolanverse! this is too realistic for that!" But I remember showing the TDKR trailer to someone who didn't follow movies much beyond tv trailers and his first reaction to seeing the JGL character was "oh cool is that robin?". The GA doesn't nearly care about keeping stuff "real" or "separate" in my opinion. There was nothing "real" about the Nolan movies, he just made them believable. Something they're trying to do with Superman, and I imagine that will flow into JL too. If they use Blake as Batman, I would kind of be ok with that because that would still make Bruce Wayne a bit of a legend. The hero that truly started it all. Plus...I think WB sees $$$$$$ if people believe it follows from that movie series. |

There was nothing stopping me then from watching it right away. There definitely won't be anything holding me back from watching a cam version of the full trailer. Why won't WB understand that there's nothing stopping it getting leaked. It's inevitable. Why not beat the bootleggers at their own game and just release the HD online on the Friday. Sigh we can wish.

Heh. Me too. I still have the bootleg of the December TDK trailer. I occasionally watch and still get chills. It is structurally conventional, but damn if it isn't still the most spine chilling trailer ever made.

Yeap, fun with for TDKR teaser and first trailer. So I was so disappointed they released the 2nd TDKR trailer a week early instead of debuting it with The Avengers.

Although, the response from casual message board posters I get. Its more fun when every webmaster goes to debunk the story that way they can get hits on their website knowing full well that even if it was true, agents have nothing to gain by telling a website not named variety, deadline, or thr. |

So I got message assuming I wrote a story about yahoo on Screenrant because I've been making it an issue on here. I DID NOT write an article, but I would like to see it. Anyone have a link? I'm told Screenrant ripped them a new one for the bad Man of Steel coverage on yahoo. I honestly did not write it, and have not seen it. Please, someone send me a link, I hope he slammed them good
