Superhero fan art competition!

[The Amazing Lee]

Calling all artists and comic book lovers – amateur, professional & the like.

I am the writer of a web comic about a Chicken who after discovering comic books, decides that he too wants to become a superhero. It is best described as Chicken run meets kick-ass and is a geeky, satirical and self-conscious telling of an unlikely superhero.

Enter the competition and you can win the very first Free Ranger t-shirt and exposure by being featured on the website's front page!

All you have to do is draw The Free Ranger fighting a superhero / villain of your choice. Whether that is an original and/or existing character/s.

You can draw it in any style, texture and format that you wish! It can be a comic, drawing, painting, sculpture… Just experiment!

The winner will become our very first bonus comic and will feature on the front page of our website. The winning entry will also receive the VERY FIRST FREE RANGER T-SHIRT! (Before they are even on sale!)

All entries will be featured on our fan art page and will receive a shout out on our social media sites. (Twitter/ Facebook etc.)

Well, we wanted to explore superheroes and comics through the eyes of an unlikely hero and someone not human. The first thought was a chicken. They're bursting full of life, got great character and they are complex and loveable creatures. Obviously we haven't even begun to explore the possibilities of what we can do with the character and the stories but we are slowly getting there.
