Gets me very time. I was about to type out how I hope MoS has a similar scene which chokes me up, before I realised holy hell, we know the military are going to percieve Supes' as a threat, just like in Iron Giant. Humanity will reject him 'out of fear' and he'll still fight to protect us.

Yeah, it would be great if there was a scene were everybody was gunning for Supes lead by the military and forcing him to his knees, so we, the audience, could really root (and cry) for him.

Like the military in Iron Giant, the FBI in E.T. or the fighter-planes shooting up King Kong. A scene that would make 10-year-olds cry and yell, "You bastards, he's the good guy!" Hehe...

Yeah, that scene can come out really good or really cheesy. I dont know if I want a heavy reaction or something more introverted. Also hoping for some great reaction to not being able to stop people from dying.

Andrew Garfield is amazing. he's the main reason why ASM actually works. His way of acting and his charisma in that film is what sold it for me. He's pretty intense. The lizard did nothing to make the movie look good though. I think the sequel will make for a much stronger movie. It has all the potential in the world.

But I think I remember reading Snyder and crew talking about having the contenders for the role screen-test in the original Christopher Reeve suit, whereas every actor felt incredibly stupid wearing those 70's pajamas. So did Cavill (according to him self). But the minute he spoke, every one was awestruck at how incredibly amazing he nailed the essence of superman overall. That being vocally too. So let's hope this is all true!

Yea Naite.......I thought the same....but for Henry, even if he doesn't scream out but altleast shows noticeable pain even after the next scene. Don't know if I'm nitpicking but those are one of the things I look at when I'm watching scene in any movie like that....sometimes lol, even after they change the camera angle and you see for instance the side of the actor, that's crying or whatever, he's not crying or you see no
Emotion lol....don't know if I'm explaining it well but it takes me out of feeling what they're portraying on screen....it's like if my father just died, and I'm crying, spin the camera...and I'm not anymore lol

Yeah Garfield was superb in that film, up there with the best CBM performances.

He's most likely walking around at around 6'3" with his 2 inch cowboy heels he's always wearing. I think Henry purposely surrounds himself around Midgets, as he always looks like a giant compared to whoever he's standing next too!
