Whatever, I like the Lobo's. They were involved in a gang war arc in the late 80's/early 90's in a little heralded gem Gerry Conway strung together in SpecSM and Web of SM.

I liked the gritty street level stories during the Gang War era in Web. I thought Saviuk's art was perfect in depicting it.

I wish they would collect Gerry Conway's Spectacular/Web Of late 80s-early 90s runs, I don't have too many issues of them but I love what I've read! Yost has already said he's a big fan of that run since it came out when he was a young new reader, and it's cool to see things like a new Arranger, Carlos Lobo back, and other callbacks to an oft-forgotten run.

If I remember, he faced Chameleon in Chicago and the Prowler in LA. Where else did he visit?

Those were the ASM issues.

In Spectacular SM he faced Tombstone in Atlanta, Punisher/Persuader/Lobos in Dallas and Boomerang in San Diego.

In Web of SM he faced the (grey) Hulk in Vegas, Vulture on the plane ride back from Vegas and teamed up with Hank Pym vs Nekra in Cape Cod. I could have sworn he was also in San Fran but I can't remember for sure.

Basically and reason for Spider-Man to be in another city he used the tour as a cover to why Peter Parker was there too and vice versa.

He got better.

(Actually, he dragged himself from the grave mutated, Jackal picked him up at the beginning of Spider-Island and made him even MORE mutated... well, it was all quite a mess. But he came out of it OK, as you can see.)
