Hugh Jackman was just nominated for golden globe for Les Mes.It's looking more and more likely he will receive an Oscar Nomination for the film.In a lot of precusers to getting a nomination he Is doing well.Plus he may not be only X-Men actor nominated.Jennifer Lawrence may get second oscar nomination.

If anyone complains about the new poster they are jusst looking for something to complain about.

That new poster is phenominal, just sets the mood and tone of the film perfectly, now lets hope the film itself lives upto that.

I have confidence, Fox have improved tenfold in how they handle their movies, and Mangold is a good director.

I like the look of the poster and I like that they even made a "motion poster", thats a first for a X-Men movie! But I don't like that it still looks like a concept art, Hugh Jackman looks like CGI.

So no badguy in this movie can do any harm to wolverine, not even silver samurai. He admantuim skeleton makes regular punches towards him silly, whats the danger for wolverine in this movie??

In chat James Mangold and Hugh Jackman mentioned In this film they devolped a bit of kryptnate equilvent for Wolverine to give him a weakness.

what the hell does a golden globe have to do with not caring for a poster composition? lol

it's just personal preference, no need to get defensive and insulting about it.

that being said.. I really love the animated image MUCH more than i do the poster. The poster just looks sorta generic when non animated to me

I took that as two separate points that marvel was trying to make. Not a justification regarding the poster.

In all honesty, I think the Wolverine Posters are the best Posters I have ever seen for a COMIC BOOK film!!

And I definitely think the marketing team behind this film have been doing a phenomenal job. They have been doing everything right to reposition Wolverine after the fail that is XOW. From the official photos that have come out, the QnA with Mangold and Jackman, and all these Posters, everything has been perfect. Hope these guys will be handling DOFP as well and all X-Men films and FF films moving forward.
