I loved seeing Bruce in costume with his cowl off in all of three films, its something we'd never seen before in previous films.

Well your right, I guess because it wasn't done in the same context I didn't consider it the same. What I mean is like the comics or TAS where you see Bruce in the cave doing work with just the suit on and not the cowl.
