Yes as mentioned by SterlingDee here Jean's X2 hair was a longer wig that Bryan had a last minute decision to cut shorter.

It's quite simple really. Wolverine and Kitty is obviously because of comic accuracy. James, Halle, and Famke are because they got shafted the worst during the trilogy.

at the same time, Cyclops, Storm and Jean are the most famous x-men, so I guess many fans preffer them instead of other x-men like Nightcrawler, Angel or Gambit

Cyclops and Jean are unlikely Inless Bryan Is able to throw out the Last Stand or film ends with time traveler returning to discover future has changed and events of Last Stand has been removed because of time travel.

The problem with getting Ellen Page as Kitty Is bryan may only want to use actors for future scenes he cast In X-Men or X2.Plus Kitty's role could be taken by Rogue.I liked
Ellen as Kitty so even If Bryan removed Last Stand I would have no trouble with her as Kitty here(hey they keep Judi Dench on as M In first 3 of rebooted james Bond film)

I have feeling we are looking at 3,or 4 more of original films actors to Join Patrick Stewert,Ian Mckellen,and Hugh jackman In future scenes.

Emma Is probally only going to be villain for past part of film.if Kitty Is In film
and Is time traveler you could have a fight between them to prevent the
assassination.

Plus If both Kitty and Storm are In future scenes I would like a moment between them to pay homage to close relationship they had In 1980's comics.

X2 seems real hair on some scenes, maybe they used a wig for certain scenes. it can happen

X3 is not real hair, on the DVD they spoke about it, and I use to see a wig where is one, but yeah, the dvd confirms it.
