ok unfortunetly this connected the better with kennect slogan. but this may actually be done well game play wise for a change. Despite the head devs/ spokes person bad attempt at an Australian accent.

Eh, dont really see how those commands help in any way. Voice commands can work great, Mass Effect 3 is one where it truly does make the gameplay a little better, but theres really very little inventory movement that goes on here. Rarely do you need to open your inventory to move or equip anything, all the important commands have dedicated buttons.

I manage a lot of inventory in Dead Space, and with weapon crafting AND co op, I can see inventory shortcuts being a lot more useful

I wish they released another movie like they did with the first and second games. Those were entertaining.

I really didn't like the anime, I never got around to the second.

Loved the Templesmith comic.

I liked the films because they connected the games together and I got more story from them.

Yea iv been looking for a co-op partner whose familiar with the games and is interested in going through the story(ie no skipping cutscenes)

Yeah, I got early access. Gotta go to bed now but keen to try some co-op with you later Pat.

I'm also going to an EA press event next week to have a hands on with the game then and meet the devs, so I'll report back on that too.

They wont, at least not in the SP portion of the game. I have a feeling the co-op will be really good, but as to rather or not one wants to actually play through it will be on that individual.

Played the demo, it was the same level we've seen demoed a few times. Its Dead Space through and through, altho you deff feel less threatened by the standard necropmorph than you did in your first outing, which makes sense as Isaac as well as the player, are now going through this for the 3rd time. There were a couple of jump scares and the snowy environment itself was pretty creepy. Hearing the sounds of necros in the middle of a blizzard is quite cool, altho it wasnt quite as eerie as previous games but i think that due to it primarily taking place outside, once we actually get inside structures and are faced with those tight hallways im sure itll feel even more like the orig DS. Theres some neat new enemies on display. One little critter would constantly shuffle around looking for a body to infect and even if ya shot the body to pieces it would detach and go searching for another. The weapon crafting is awesome, straight up. I was able to make a standard military rifle with a line gun for an attachment. Cant wait to see what other combos are out there. Going from the demo it seems we are gonna get another great DS game, altho its deff more ALIENS than ALIEN, exactly how Dead Space 2 was compared to Dead Space.

I saw some advertisement on the xbox dashboard and i just went there, entered my email address and was told today that i received early access.
