if I read that correctly the rumor is 'a former Superman' is testing for the role. why limit that on welling on rough? add dean cain and ben affleck to the mix

Is this a joke? JGL is barely 5'10 and that's being generous if you've ever seen him in person. Hedlund is 6'2 and easily has 30lbs on JGL who's fairly scrawny.

Affleck is focusing on his own projects plus is locked up at Warner Bros.. I doubt he'd make a film outside of that studio.. Dean Cain is busy doing lifetime movies
