Dont be too hard on yourself, after all you opened the conversation up to an oral sex mention, for that alone you deserve a pat on the back.

Just picked up the 3D Blu-ray!!! This will be my first viewing. Never got a chance to see it in theaters. I am very excited. I have heard nothing but good things, especially about the 3D aspect of the film.

It's a shame if there is no sequel to this. Perfect Dredd and Anderson.
They also set the stage perfectly for more adventures. And like I said before I would have so loved to see the Dark Judges done by this same team. Also Judge Caligula. Fingers crossed?

Such a cool movie. The slow motion worked very well. I really hope they make a franchise out of this.

This film was fantastic. Loved Urban as Dredd and Olivia was perfect as Anderson. Not to mention gorgeous. The soundtrack was banging too.

So Im going to London next week and I was just thinking that it would be kinda cool to have the UK version of the Blu Ray as a souvenir. Do Blu Rays from London work in US blu ray players, specifically PS3s? Or is there a region code or something

I don't think Blu-Rays are region locked. I'd double check to be sure though.

Just saw this film. Definitely better than the Stallone movie.

I think most if not all Blu Rays are region free. I bought Inception from the UK and it works on my PS3.

Blu-Ray players themselves, either as standalones, a PS3, or a drive in a PC, are required to be region locked to where they were bought (like DVD players were) however it's down to the studio as to whether the discs they produce has any region code on it or not.
Many of them simply do not bother as there's usually either a firmware hack or a remote control code that can make most players region free anyway (making the exercise for the studio all a bit pointless).

They won't. Dragonball Evolution made more money than this. This is the definition of complete bomb.

I loved the movie. Watched it again on Blu-Ray.
Again, it's weird of me, and it's very superficial, that Ma-Ma was written as a much older, more grotesque woman. And what they got instead (in whom was great) was Lena Heady. And no matter how they try to 'ugly' her up, she was still hot in a more punk, Joan Jett way. Because of that, Spoiler!!! Click to Read!:

So basically you're saying you can accept punishment being dished out to ugly people easier than that to the beautiful.

She had people skinned, personally mowed down scores of innocents in the block with that mini-gun, and rather than accept a simple bullet in the head she tried to get Dredd to back off with that bomb tied to her pulse rate (which have killed even more). Dredd's solution (including dosing her up with slo-mo so the fall would feel like it took ages for her) was entirely suitable to me.
No sympathy here for Ma Ma, don't care how hot Lena is.

Yeah, Lena was hot as hell in the role, but her demise was everything Ma-Ma deserved, she was a despicable character who did and encouraged others to do despicable things.
