Something I've wondered about: in the first scene in the sewer, when Bane shoots the second mook and sends him into the water after Gordon ("Follow him") he takes a device from Barsad and puts it in the mook's pocket. Is that because he wants to see which outflow the mook's body ends up in? And maybe Gordon's?

Yes, I assumed it was some kind of tracking device.

Having seen the trilogy once again, man, I gotta say...my nitpicks of all three films slowly deteriorate(even though I still don't like the character of Jen. She should have been either cut out or used in her first scene and shot during that shootout).

And...would anyone else agree that Catwoman was mostly inspired by her Earth Two version?

Oh now, please explain yourself how Batman was to use a GPS to a trigger he never had his hands on before.

That's nice to hear. I'm of the belief that the trilogy as a whole is greater than the sum of its parts. But that's just from knowing them all so well...still haven't actually sat down and had the pleasure of a proper marathon.

This must be corrected soon.

They did use some sort of tracking device. Talia knew about it and moved it to a different truck henceforth Gordon going to the wrong truck

Thats an interesting thought.
Why do you think this Selina is based on the Earth Two version?

Her first crime(at least in TDKR) was stealing a necklace where Bruce let her go, her being in a relationship of sorts with Bruce in the end of the film. And also, I don't think Holly is present in Earth Two, or at least what I remember, and Jen was definitely not some version of Holly, imo, and did not do the character any justice.

And in VERY ironic fashion, the Earth Two Catwoman once disguised herself as someone named Margerite Tone. M.T....in TDKR, there is also someone who disguises herself as someone with the initials of M.T. I find that very humorous myself, lol.

Nice assembly of facts,All true .
You never know.
Also good catch on M.T.
Margeurite Tone was in Batman#10 wasnt it?
She used Elva Barr in her next appearance in Batman#15

Yeah I wasn't happy either, but it is the French artist's vision. Looks like the copycat guy from TDK lol

Well, if Christopher Walken can hide a watch between his buttcheeks for two years, I think Batman can do it for five months.

Thats what i said. Its not good (its Nolans fault for picking a bad take, certainly not Marions) but ive seen MUCH MUCH worse. I never even thought about it until i saw the comments online. Ive seen it with many different people and i never hear a remark about it when the scene is over.

We're spoiled by fantastic death scenes these days, thats what it is. All death scenes were done this way (the eye closing with the head tilt or gasp for air) for decades and decades annnnd decades.
