I do agree with that. I'm kind of sad Evans won't ever play the human torch again now that he is Captain America, and that Fantastic Four franchise went down the toilet. Chiklis was a really good Thing, though a lot of people complained for some reason. Maybe it was the suit, and the actor being bald. lol

Chiklis was the best thing about the last two FF films, imo. He was a great Thing.

Can't find that film
You are referring to the fan film "The Green Goblin's Last Stand". Mysterio and Bullseye appeared in the trailer for the movie, but weren't in the final film. That is because footage was taken from previous Spidey fan films the director made prior to "Last Stand".

Wait, they finished Electro's design? Cool. Can't wait to see it... and hear everyone's complaints, even if it ends up looking badass.

As you said, the image you shared earlier is just the design from TASM...

I have to say that I dig this. The somewhat existent belt is very cool. It just occurred to me that idk, the TASM suit theoretically they meant for it to have this very..."first costume" type of feel. Or "beginner". The exposed webshooters kind of give off an amateur vibe, the apparent track&field shoe..
Now if the TASM2 suit were to look like an improved version, or just way better, then that would make sense.

I dont think anything about the 2005/2007 films is worth missing. Chiklis was pretty decent, but not irreplaceable. I'm all for a reboot. I'd prefer a (mostly) CGI/mocap Thing i think.

I agree with you. The suit has a lot of room to grow, and I look forward to seeing changes throughout the sequels. In the 2002 film, he had the wrestling outfit, and then his classic Spider-Man outfit... immediately. There were subtle differences in the suit when SM2 came out, but... nothing major.

Other than the fact that it would tie Spidey to the MCU, that suit would suck.

It has always annoyed me that it was three legs and not four. I wonder if 'Superior' Spider-man in the comics might be might be more comfortable with the extra mechanical limbs and bring them back?

I have this bust at home and always thought that extra mechanical legs in this style would be cool. I wouldn't mind seeing those in the comic.

Yeah, why does he have three extra legs and not four? Never made sense to me.

Image doesn't work btw.
