Star Trek Conventions
I figure it would be nice to have a place to announce upcoming conventions and to have a place to talk about and post pics of conventions that people have attended that have a Star Trek connection.
An upcoming one I know about is - Lexington Comic & Toy Convention - March 16th and 17th 2013 http://lexingtoncomiccon.com/index.html There is a wide variety of guest scheduled to appear. Two that are Trek related are Carel Struyken http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0835393/ (Mr. Homn from STTNG) and Joseph Gatt http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1395532/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1 who will be in the next STAR TREK movie INTO DARKNESS. Unless something big comes up, I plan on attending this.

I've only ever been to one Star Trek exhibition (not convention) and that was when Star Trek Voyager was the brand new series at the time.

I've never been to con that was solely for TREK, but have attended dozens of them where various TREK actors appeared. Here are a few quick pics....

Apparently, at the Toronto Comicon this March there will be a TNG case reunion. I'm still debating whether to pony up the cash ($100+) to go.

Captain Sisko (Avery Brooks) will be in Dallas at the upcoming Sci-Fi Expo. I really want to go, but I can't afford it.
