Was you iPad on the same wifi network as your bluray player? If not, then that is your problem. If you are on the same network than after you select second screen tab from menu wait for the screen to pop up on the tv and then choose the Gotham city second screen after you load the app on your iPad. If all that fails, try removing the app from the device and reinstalling the app. That should hopefully fix any issue that is causing the sync not to happen.

Yeah I am on the same network. So I start the app, then something happens on my TV and THEN I go to the second screen menu? I'll try that. I was waiting for something to pop up in the app.

Yes, after you select Gotham city second screen on your iPad app it should ask you to cancel/ leave or launc. Select launch than the movie should begin.

Maybe this tip can help, place the steelbook first on a flat surface and put your index finger firmly on the center with your other hand slowly make turns left or right carefully a couple of times and it should pop out

I remember having this issue too. I think the top left opening is the one you wanna be aiming for. Middle finger close to the top left of the disc opening, thumb on the center pressing down. Pops out every time for me. It's like the other corners do nothing for me either. Just that top left one.

It works! I re-installed the app and selected "all other countries" instead of my country and for some reason it works. Thanks.

That's good to hear. I don't know why they didn't do what marvel did with the avengers app and put in sound recognition for the movie.

BATMAN

I only had Bane and Batman as they were all I could find locally from July to Now in stores with the exception of one Alfred. I finally found a Catwoman at TRU, then ordered Raj and John Blake off Walmart.com, went to get Alfred as well but once I added money to my account, he was sold out, however I checked everyday and they got him back in stock a couple weeks later, paid like $13 with shipping. So now I'm just after Commissioner James Gordon, I won't pay $200, wish Walmart.com would get it in or even a local Walmart, if I found a few I would get them all but I'd come on here with them, don't be greedy about it lol $200 when it cost $15. That's like the movie masters batpod I can't find, it sold under $20 but is $200 online.

Haven't gotten the bane vs batman movie masters, figured It may go on sale but I really want to get the TRU trilogy movie masters set, hopefully we will find out a release date sometime soon. Went ahead and picked up the Lego set, fell asleep on release date didn't order it, woke up amazon jumped from $40 to $60 so got on Lego.com and paid $50 with shipping.

My two tumblers, the big one is marked down to $25 at local walmarts, paid $30 on walmart.com for the much bigger one and it came with a $10 egift card which I used to put towards the $25 31" batman, he's huge and has only so much articulation but I thought it was badass cause as a kid I had a big Keaton that was half this size but reminds me of it. The Bat I got on clearance at target for $15 and I was at best buy the 26th getting a couple games, waiting in the check out and I spot the bat pod sitting just by itself, was only 11.99. So that's pretty much just what I got in December and early part of this month, I am running out of room however lol.

http://www.officialcharts.com/chart-...revealed-1704/
Quote:
According to the latest Official Charts Company sales data released by The British Video Association, The Dark Knight Rises was the biggest selling video title of 2012.

The third instalment of Christopher Nolanís Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises, beat off tough competition from The Twilight Saga - Breaking Dawn Part 1 (Number 2) and Marvel Avengers Assemble (Number 3) to top the Official Video Chartís annual best sellers list.

Released on December 3, The Dark Knight Rises overtook Breaking Dawn Part 1 to become the fastest selling video title of 2012. And, after managing to stay at Number 1 on the Official Video Chart for three out of four weeks over the festive period, it has become the biggest selling DVD and Blu-ray title of the year, too.

Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlaneís Ted finishes the year at Number 4, while Steven Spielbergís adaptation of Michael Morpurgo's 1982 children's novel, War Horse, was the fifth biggest selling video title of 2012.

Just like Pfeiffer-Pfan said, that's just the British charts. This list doesn't even show it in its top 50 of 2012 DVDs.

http://www.the-numbers.com/dvd/charts/annual/2012.php

Not a big deal, anyways....

No way to gauge it's home video success yet since it's only been out for less than a month, compared to DVDs that have been out for months and months.

This is purely anectdotal, but the guy putting down tile in my kitchen floor brought up TDKR, independently, having just seen it on dvd, and was praising it wildly.
The second time I saw it, a couple weeks after Aurora, I went with a friend of mine who always brings his wife and two kids when we attend movies. He only brought his son that night- his wife and daughter were nervous about going. Talked to his wife Sunday night- she finally saw it the night before and thought it was wonderful.

Not sure how any of what happened here translated overseas, but I think that after the tragedy a good portion of audience decided to wait and watch it at home.

Lol , my mom called me and asked me if i was going to see the movie opening night (im ....portuguese and the movie opened here like 2 weeks after). My cousin in Christmas night asked me if i had tdkr blu ray because he hadn't seen it in a theater because....his wife was afraid . What the hell ?

(although i have to say , the fist time i saw it a guy entered the theater like 10 mins after...i had to take my eyes offscreen . Just some stupid late movie guy)

This is way off topic but can anyone in or around the UK help me? Injustice gods among us collectors edition, I want the UK version, not the US. Amazon.uk doesn't have it even listed and on amazon.de it, including the comics would come in German language. Just wondering if anyone can help me with a legitimate site to order the uk version from where it'd be in English. I know my ps3 will play the game, probably not the DLC, just rather have the UK statue. Thanks

US version 13"

UK foreign version 10"

The list has been updated to include TDKR. 2,027,214 DVD units were sold on the 1st week.

And just for comparison sakes, The Avengers sold 2,086,751 DVD units on its 1st week of release.
