How would you explain the changes in Power Girl Over The Years?
As you can see from these two photos. Power Girl has changed a bit since 1988.
For a fun discussion. Less say for some reason the characters in the comics notice the changes in Power Girl. How would you explain the physical changes in Power Girl Over The Years?

Well, The boring answer is her look depends on what the artist likes
 . Another would be that there is several versions of her.Why did u pick 1988? she was created sometime in the mid 70s. EDIT: yeah, her own solo series, the first version of that, started in 88. |

Apparently at some point in the early nineties, the artist, who wasn't really all that thrilled to be on the title, which wasn't doing that well, decided to start drawing her breasts larger and larger until people noticed.
People noticed after a few issues. It stuck.
