Well the toys do look pretty lame, but the box art of Cavill is pretty cool. It is nice to "reveal" the Zod suit and symbol. However I already had assumed that Zod would sport a black version of Superman's suit from from pictured taken.
The one thing I am hoping for the most is that WB will want to release official photos of Zod to put a better image in our heads of what he will look like. Because I'm sure they are not keen on the idea that the only images of Zods appearance is with these crappy toys |

If I was a kid I might appreciate "Mega Punch" Superman. Also he lights up, that's epic!

They could've been more creative w/ Zod's Kryptonian house symbol, but it is what it is. I'm just relieved that they didn't go with a giant Z like Jim Lee did in the comics, which would have made no sense at all.

Darkseid's alpha omega symbol. which would make sense if the 2nd movie involved darkseid.

Even though it resembles the omega symbol to an extent, I doubt it has anything to do w/ Darkseid. My sense is that it's just the Kryptonian symbol for the House of Zod.

What a stupid looking Fisher Price wannabe looking toy and I hate how toys nowadays are open boxed so people can fiddle with the light-up buttons and end up wearing the battery down.
Thank god Mattel isn't getting my money on this.

Following a request from Mattel USA, we need to remove the images which we did at the press presentation yesterday at the headquarters of Mattel France. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The damage has been done, Why take it down now?Wb didn't want this zod suit revealed. |
