Recently discovered Two Face concept art. What we got in the film makes sense considering the injury had just happened, but if he had stuck around for film 3 and healed more over time this seems to be what it would have looked like.

I went on rotten tomatoes recently and the consensus for the movie has been edited slightly due to trimming off that last bit. "The Dark Knight Rises is an ambitious, thoughtful, and potent action film that concludes Christopher Nolan's franchise in spectacular fashion."
