Seeing the Dark Judges on screen one day would be a childhood dream come true for many people. I seriously hope they get to do it one day, it would simply be amazing.

Speaking about childhood dreams come true, I would also really love to see the face of the Mutant Leader carved out on Mount Rushmore.

Wow, cool find, thats awesome. Again it shows that there is a lot more to this world that they want to explore, I hope they get the chance too.

I will cry myself to sleep every night because the future of a sequel looks dark. But I'm also bottling my tears and selling them to make profit that I can then donate to the production of the sequel.

Im telling you there was a guy somewhere in this thread that was saying Dredd had already recouped its money upon release.. Just been too lazy to go back and find it,, It was some weird deal they made for filming in a certain location or something I cant remember. I believe he posted a link explaining.

^Yeah I remember the same, the only thing is Box Office and then to a lesser extent DVD/BD sales are all important when it comes to sequels, so thats what we have to rely on.
Lets hope the home sales stay strong for a good while.

I'm bidding on some props from Dredd on eBay. At a decent price now, 3 days to go hopefully the prices don't sky rocket. Would be cool to own stuff from the movie.

watched Dredd again today. i really hope they make a sequel. hopefully based on excellent home video sales they do greenlight a sequel. it was due to strong home video sales & rentals that a sequel to Austin Powers was made because it actually didn't do too well at the box office.

A sequel would be awesome.
Also...I just found this little clip (most of you have probably seen it) but skip to 2:15 for some Dredd voice. F'kin love it. VIDEO-CLick to Watch!:

I just saw this movie for the first time recently. I wasn't quite sure I wanted to see this. The trailers were some of the worst of last year, imo. As for the film...
Holy s***. That was awesome. Deep? No. Fun? YES. Loads of fun, loved every second.

I can't wait until Tuesday, I'll pick up a Blu Ray copy then. How's the picture/audio quality?

With these sales it doesn't seem like Dredd will get a sequel, i guess the future of the character on the big screen is inexistent

I just bought and rewatched the Stallone version for the first time in over decade. Schneider really does ruin that movie.
