Heroes for Hire would be great for TV. Introducing Luke Cage and Iron Fist in SHIELD would be good, and then they could be spun off into their own show.

Not at all. In fact, if anything, I'd prefer that since as a fan, I'd get more screen time with a character I love and more space to develop him.

The only interest I have in ever seeing Luke Cage is if he's with Iron Fist. Luke is fairly boring to me solo. He only works for me in an ensemble.

Just...not on the Avengers ensemble. Heroes for Hire or nothing.

Would you rather not see him at all? Because if they do consider him for the SHIELD TV show, it likely means they *aren't* otherwise planning a movie.

I have some questions-

1) Do you think any of Avengers 2 will be shot in IMAX/4K like TDKR was? After the success of the first film and it's legions of fans it more than desrves it.

2) Is it true that MS and Sony pictures made a deal to have the Oscorp building appear in The Avengers and Stark Tower appear in TASM but they could not get it done in time? And do you think this or a Spidey appearence will transpire in A2?

3) Will it be explained in Thor 2 how he was able to get back to Midgard for The Avengers after he destroyed the bifrost, and will we see Loki punished?

4) What the hell happened to the Red Skull at the end of Captain America?

5) Has it been confirmed there will be an Edgar Wright directed mid/post credit scene for IM3 ft. Ant-Man? And when can we expect a casting announcement for Pym?

6) Is the Ant-Man film phase 2 or 3?

7) Was S.H.E.I.L.D.'s Phase 2 program in The Avengers a reference/in joke to the MCU's Phase 2?

8) Seeing as he is contracted to six films, which if any phase two films do you think Ruffalo will appear in?

9) How the hell is Coulson in the S.H.E.I.L.D. TV show when he died?

10) That bit at the beginning of The Avengers when Fury is stalling Loki and co because he means to bury them 'like the pharaohs of old', was that him willing to commit suicide to prevent Loki escaping with the cube?

And here are the things I am hoping to see in phase 2/3-

1) That 'Avengers' Towers is fixed up by A2 and that the Avengers are operating out of it, with perhaps a greater degree of autonomy from S.H.E.I.L.D.

2) That Cap/Iron Man yells 'Avengers Assemble!' in A2.

3) Hulk talking more in A2, and being a part of conversations. It still felt like they did not quite know how to broach this and were still afraid of it in The Avengers. He not a strategist or a great mind, he is after all savage Hulk, but he should sometimes chip in with basic stuff or how he feels.

4) I want to see an R rated MS film. Punisher done right. He wouldn't have to be in an Avenger's movie, cept for maybe a reference. Perhaps just how Cap feels about him being out there after watching a news report.

5) Planet Hulk film in Phase 3, nuff said.

6) Dr Strange film in Phase 3. And I want to see the wand of watoomb!

7) If they are gonna do The Infinity Gauntlet in A2, they need to do a deal with Fox so they can use the Surfer. You can't do that story without him. That bit where the Surfer tries to swipe the Gauntlet from Thanos on Strange's command is one of the most epic scenes in the history of marvel Comics. To see that in a film would be amazing. Also if they go the IG route I'd love to see thanos kill all the heros on his outer space construct half way through the film as it happens in the book, as that would be such a powerful and shocking scene for the GA.

8) S.H.E.I.L.D. TV show- We need to see Fury, Hill & the Hellicarrier every so often to connect it to the films.

9) I don't want anymore Iron Man films after 3.

10) I want A2 to be shot in IMAX/4K.

avengers was shot at around 3k on an arri alexa and some other cameras for second unit stuff where the cameras could get damaged. if arri put out a 4k camera or they switch to red then it'll be 4k. but they chose the arri over the red already.

i only heard about the oscorp in avengers possibility that fell through because of timing.

it's explained in dialogue in avengers how thor gets to earth.

red skull was probably transported by the cube.

coulson can be back because this is comics on film.

yes fury would sacrifice himself to stop the word being endangered.

5. It hasn't been confirmed that he'll be doing a post credit scene but hopefully he does it'd be GREAT!!!

6. Ant-Man is the beginning of Phase 3 according to Feige

7. I think it was an insider reference to their actual Phase 2 plans I think S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Phase 2 which is Marvel's Phase 2 is the finding/introduction of more heroes to the world and Fury moving forward on his plan to bring superheroes to the forefront of the world

8. I hope his character goes like this in A2 we see Hulk being controlled by Thanos and going out of control and possibly killing people so IM Strange and Fury along with the Council of 12 come to the decision to ship him off into space which then leads into TIH: Planet Hulk then Hulk coming back and taking revenge in TIH3 then being placed under Strange's care leading into Defenders

9. I see it being an LMD or maybe he didn't die in Avengers because the last we saw of him medics had him and he hadn't been pronounced dead yet and as we all know Fury Lies lol

10. Personally I don't see Fury sacrificing himself I mean he's Fury I think he could of been using an LMD and didn't mind destroying it or he had a way out of there

In my opinion in Phase 2 we're going to see at least 2 lesser characters introduced (1 of them already being Falcon) and 1 main character introduced (not counting the GotG team) then Phase 3 is going to start their plans of introducing a lot more characters in their own solo or team up films i.e. Ant-Man(Hank Pym, Scott Lang, Jane[Wasp]), Dr. Strange, Heroes for Hire(Luke Cage and Iron Fist with maybe Jessica Jones), Inhumans, Black Panther. That's a good 8 characters plus all the Inhumans

I can see the whole Planet Hulk from Thanos thing happening. Not so much The Defenders.

I say the Defenders because besides the Silver Surfer Marvel has all the properties to do the film and I'm sure eventually they're going to have to do something different than Avengers 2 3 4 etc.

I think an MCU Illuminati would be nerfed quite a bit, without Richards and Xavier. We've got Stark already, with Strange confirmed; Inhumans was supposedly in development hell; that leaves Namor as the only one left with no actual development. Wondering if it's a roundabout way for Mayimbe to point to Sub-Mariner.

Cap could be one. But yeah, it would feel gimped without Charles and Reed, or at the very least Reed, since Charles was almost never there anyway and has no reason to be there as a representative when mutants don't exist in the MCU in the first place.

Eh, I think the Illuminati would be a bit too complicated and confusing to introduce into the MCU anyway. Who wants to see their heroes suddenly become shifty fascists pulling strings on global/interplanetary events, anyway? That's what the Security Council is for, or whatever the name is of those shadowy guys Fury and Hill answer to.
