Trailer 3 probably won't come until c2e2, or whatever that event in Chicago is called. That's my guess. There's a HEAVY Superman presence there this year. But there may be some showing of footage before then like the year GL came out.

G.I. Joe: Retaliation opens March 29th in IMAX 3D. I could see the last trailer premiering with that possibly, or Jurassic Park 3D on April 5th.

Even if it does make its debut in March or April, that doesn't mean it still couldn't be attached to IM3 as well.

Yep that could work too. How many trailers for TDKR were actually released in theaters? 3-4?

So for my fantasy list I'd go with...

• Trailer#3 March 1st with Jack the Giant Slayer given the studios and that it's a 3D & IMAX 3D Experience picture.
• Mid-March First TV Spot
• Final trailer attached with Iron Man 3.

WB and Snyder will start lose their veil of secrecy for the movie and character appearances fairly soon too given the toys are supposed to start hitting shelves next month.

I honestly could see it being attached with that and seeing your first TV spots start airing during the big shows and events a couple of weeks after.

I think you are right with Singer's movie having the 3rd trailer. Yeah I believe that's the one.

Well it could be but they could always release another one which is why asked if anybody could remember how many of the TDKR trailers were released in theaters and even then that one had 4-5 when you remember the "special trailers" like the Nokia and MTV Awards one.

With apparently so much riding on the success of MoS I think we'll be seeing more than just 1 trailer in the next 5 months.

I still think Giant Slayer is going to disappoint at the box office but that doesn't mean another trailer won't be attached to it.

Has it been stated what Nolan's influences have been, for the Dark Knight there were specific books that influenced the script for each film?

Well he's still works for the government but without the inner monologues that you get in the comic he doesn't come across quite as douchie and neither does Batman. Also the opening scene where Superman first arrives is probably my favourite Superman moment in animation it's very very cool.

Goyer wrote the script and he's taken influence from Secret Origin and Birthright for definite.

A movie’s production budget is just that - the (estimated) cost of making the film. It doesn’t, for instance, include advertising. And I’d be very surprised if it included prior bad dept from aborted projects.

Heres the thing I see Secret origin but I dont see much birthright iin the movie.

2.Donner(getting suit and peptalk in Fotress which helps him find his destiny)
3.Superman animated series(Bus save)
3. Smallville(Kent interaction)
4.Superman for all Seasons(Tornado scene)
5.Secret Origin(Military presence)
6.Kryptonian Mythology(inspired by Flyby)
7.Earth one(idea of Robot army and spaceships backing the Alien invader).
8.Last son(some aspects on Alien invasion)

Kryptonian invasion for one even though it was a fake invasion
Clark travelling the world finding himself in the world

Plus several other things that of course (including the above) are from other stories too but you can definitely feel a Birthright influence
